Why Messy Monsters? Messy Monsters has the perfect mix of fun and exciting structured and free play activities to capture your child's imagination. Classes are available for babies and children aged from 6 months to five years. (subject to availability) Our activities are presented by experienced, friendly and trained class coordinators, who are passionate about messy fun! Messy Monsters creative activities will allow your child to express their feelings in a creative way, experiment with colours, patterns, design and texture, develop hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills, develop their vocabulary, and begin to understand concepts such as shape, colour and size. Messy Monsters Art Club offers children and their parents/carers the opportunity to play in arts and crafts undisturbed by the outside world. The great thing about art & craft is that nobody is ever wrong, whatever you make is individual in its own right. At home by the time you have set up the materials, answered the phone, put the washing on and thought what should we make today the children have lost interest and the house has been turned upside down! What Do Messy Monsters Do? Messy Monsters structured activities are related to a changing educational weekly theme. We have a wide range of materials and resources. The vast array of materials and tools we have available allow children to develop an understanding of the nature and properties of these materials. Experimentation brings confidence and creativity. Messy Monsters free play activities give children the opportunity to experience a wide range of sensory experiences. All the materials in the free play area are open ended, they are relaxing, stimulating, encourage experimentation and allow children to be creative in an environment where there really is no stress about how much mess they make. Children are free to go to the free play activities whenever they are tempted! Where will I find Messy Monsters? Messy Monsters can be found across the UK. Messy Monsters provides all the materials whether we are painting on paper or creating our own designer t-shirts. We provide you with one price, which includes all the materials you will need, insurance and no membership costs! Your local class coordinator will be able to tell you what your classes will cost. Messy Monsters class are held weekly throughout the year (dependent on class coordinator) the classes last from 30 minutes to one hour, dependent on age group and are divided into the following; 6 months to 24 months, 2 to 5 years.
